Referee patch / name badge magnet.  One steel plate with 2 round rare earth neodymium magnets (3/8" x 1/10" discs), one steel plate with pressure sensitive foam tape.  Each magnet has the approximate pull force of 4 lbs.  Magnetic patch/badge holders won't damage your clothing and are easy to use.
